STREET CLOSURES
Each year, the following streets will be closed to non-fest related traffic from 4:00am on Saturday through 10:00 pm on Sunday. City of Chicago tow trucks will begin towing at 4:00am Saturday.
We post no parking flyers on cars on the Saturday and Wednesday before the fest to alert neighbors. The City of Chicago posts tow signs the Wednesday or Thursday before the fest.
Please do not remove parking signs. It may result in getting your neighbor towed. Sometimes the city puts up extra signs around the fest area. We will take those extra signs down by Friday evening at the latest.
Working with our District 14 Police, cars parked within these areas marked in red WILL BE TOWED at 4:00am on Saturday morning.
Lyndale: Western to Leavitt
Belden: From Western to Leavitt
Oakley: From Medill to Palmer
– Both branches (East and West of park) from Palmer North to Lyndale
– From Lyndale North to 2304 N. Oakley & 2305 N. Oakley. (That’s north of Belden.)
We know the closures are a hassle - and we thank you in advance for your help in making it all go smoothly! We hope to see you at the fest!
