Come by for some fun for all ages!

The Bucktown Arts Fest is the place to get you and your little ones creative juices flowing. Stop by the Kid’s Tent, conveniently located next to the playground, to make your own art and enjoy the sights and sounds of this year’s entertainers.

2011 Kids’ Tent Schedule

Saturday, August 27th

11am to 3pm - Make and Take
Children of all ages are invited to create new little friends in stick puppet format. The older crew will get to create a cross stitch creation without the stitching.

1pm – That’s Entertainment! Hogwash Kids
Get ready for some interactive and improvised skits from Hogwash, an improvised tall tale troupe.

T-Shirt Coloring Station
We’re introducing a new way to show your love fo the fest! Buy a kid’s tee with the outline of the Bucktown Arts Fest logo and head over to the Kids’ Tent to color it in!

Leave it Behind
Visual artist and founding member of the Bucktown Arts Fest Carol Tarn off will lead the 12th annual tile project. Using glaze, children will be encouraged to create a work of art which will become a permanent part of Senior Citizen’s or Holstein Park.
